Shipping policy

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery, there will be three attempts (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Type Jewelry due to multiple failed delivery attempts.

*All International sales are FINAL SALES orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser before your package is delivered. Type Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT. Type Jewelry will not be responsible for international labels for any exchanges.
